5-6 small tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
Benin pepper (also called African bird pepper)
2 cups shrimp
Parsley, cumin, salt, basil, ΒΌ t. cayenne
Saute onion, add garlic and tomatoes, then add shrimp to cook. Serve with rice.
