8 Eggs 16 eggs
4 Cups milk 8 cups milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 t. salt
1 Cup Sugar 2 c. sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla 2 T. vanilla
Ground Nutmeg ground nutmeg
Doubled it fits in 16 half pint jars in Wilton sheet cake pan filled with an inch or so of water (Try two 9 by 13’s instead next time, so it’s not so heavy). Bake at 375° for about 60 minutes. Top should be brown in color and a toothpick poked in should come out clean.
