- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced
- 1 4 oz. Can Diced Green Chiles
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 1 T. Chili Powder
- 1 t. Cumin
- 1/2 t. Rosemary (I’ve never added this.)
- 1/4 t. Salt
- Add a little water
In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is brown and the onion is limp. Drain most of the fat from the mixture. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently until the flavors are mixed throughout.
This meat can be used as taco filling, on tostadas, or in burritos.
