1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped as small as you like
3 carrots, chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 cups of frozen peas
1 can of V-8 juice
Saute hamburger and onions. Add carrots, celery, and V-8 juice. Maybe add a little water. Once the carrots and celery are close to done, add frozen peas. Cook until the vegetables are done.
